Hal came to our attention when he sold our daughter's house in the Westerleigh area or Staten Island in about 10 days last October. I thought that was a remarkable feat, so when it came time to sell our 2 Family house in the Willowbrook, he was the first broker I called. He sat down with us and we came up with a realistic selling price based on comparable sales and locations that Hal thoroughly reviewed with us. When it came time to actually list the property we received an offer within 24 hours and very close to our asking price which we accepted. We managed to close in two months despite the severe winter weather and the fact that we had already moved out of the house.
